Discovery

The project began with extensive research on the client's business and their target audience. Competitor analysis was conducted to identify key features and gain insights into patient needs and expectations. This research phase aimed to gather relevant information that would inform the design process.

Based on the research findings, an initial design concept was created, focusing on a clean and modern aesthetic. The main goal was to enhance the website's organization and prioritize the pricing list and procedure descriptions. The client's feedback was sought to refine and validate the design concept before proceeding.

Develop

Using the WebWave CMS platform, the website's design was developed, keeping in mind the need for easy navigation and accessible information for patients. Special attention was given to creating a polished and sophisticated online presence that aligned with the client's luxury brand image. A consistent colour scheme, typography, and user-friendly navigation were implemented to improve the overall user experience.

Deliver

This project was a stepping stone in my journey as a UX designer. As a beginner, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to design a website for a small business, which allowed me to learn and grow in the field. Throughout the process, I gained valuable knowledge and experience in web design, information architecture, SEO, and web accessibility. I learned the importance of planning and organizing the content to ensure a user-friendly experience. I also had the chance to implement SEO best practices and accessibility standards to improve the website's visibility and usability.
